The history of Aromafume
Aromafume incense cubes are manufactured by an Indian family business. For five generations, this family has been making incense and perfumery products according to a secret family recipe. They combine the age-old art of making natural incense with scents that fit today. India is the birthplace of many spices and frankincense resin (olibanum) and has a long tradition of making frankincense. In addition, the country has a rich Ayurvedic tradition where a lot of knowledge is available about the healing effect of herbs, flowers and plants. The interrelationship between the spice trade and Ayurvedic principles ensured an exchange of knowledge and the development of many beautiful incense varieties.
