Outer cushion: cotton, with zipper in the bottom
Inner cushion: unbleached cotton, closed with a cord
Filling: buckwheat hulls

Washing instructions: Wash cold to lukewarm separately after the inner cushion with the filling has been removed.
Refillable: The height of the meditation cushion can be adjusted by removing some buckwheat chaff or - after some time - topping it up
