Yogi & Yogini bolsters
A bolster is a compact cushion, either round or rectangular. The yoga bolster is designed to support the neck, (lower) back, back of the knees, or arms during specific yoga poses with a restorative effect and certain active yoga poses.
Our bolsters provide excellent support because they are filled with buckwheat husks. The filling can be increased or decreased as needed, for example, to support the lower back.
